Cooking Club Continues

It seems like ages we have been back in school and cooking club is in full swing. Last week we made rainbow scones which surprisingly included unicorns mixed in. This week we made puff pastry tarts topped with buffalo mozzarella, chicken, spinach and mushrooms. Even though we had lots of new ingredients like balls of mozzarella and puff pastry everyone tried out making a tart. I think it was a bit of a shock to everyone to see a ball of cheese in water but it was a new experience in fine dining.
