Third class made lava lamps and instruments for science week.

The children in 3rd class went on a maths trail in the local area today looking for 2D and 3D shapes. Here are some photos the children took.

Here are some of the activities happening in our school for Science week.

Junior Infants will be making a wormery.

Senior Infants will be making playdough.

1st classes will be planting cress seeds.

2nd and 3rd class will be making lava lamps

4th class will be making magnetic butterflies.

3rd and 4th classes will also be attending an energy workshop in the Ilac Library.
